Role Description

Our direct end-client, a large R&D focused global pharmaceuticals organization, is seeking to hire for the below role.

Job Title: PM for RDoF "AI Enabled QC"

Location: REMOTE (Work EST time)

Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: $80/HR - $95/HR (negotiable)

The Project Manager will serve as the primary coordination point for senior stakeholder engagement and governance activities across some of the critical initiatives within R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead weekly project status meetings and provide concise executive updates on progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, budget, and outcomes.
• Prepare governance materials for senior leadership, Steering Committees, DD&T leadership reviews, and RDoF governance forums.
• Maintain and communicate RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs and ensure timely escalation of critical items.
• Drive decision-making by presenting recommendations, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Coordinate updates across business sponsors, value case leads, DD&T leadership, product teams, and implementation partners.
• Develop and distribute weekly and monthly executive dashboards highlighting delivery progress, value realization, financial status, KPI attainment, and key milestones.
• Facilitate alignment sessions with senior stakeholders and ensure follow-through on action items and commitments.
• Prepare materials for monthly reviews, portfolio governance reviews, and executive readouts.
• Ensure transparency of project health, risks, and value realization metrics throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to senior leadership and Steering Committees on strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into concise executive-level communications.
• Expertise in creating status reports, financial summaries, and governance presentations.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology organizations.

Requirements

• Approximately 30–40% of the role is focused on governance, executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.
• Remaining 60–70% focused on delivery execution, dependency management, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and value realization.
• GxP/Pharma Experience: Preferred
• Project Methodology: Agile/Waterfall
