[Hiring] Project Manager @ManyPixels

Role Description

You will manage a team of 10+ designers and a portfolio of 100+ clients. The work is varied by design: logos one hour, landing pages the next, and it will keep evolving as we grow.

What You'll Own

• Workload management: Ensure every incoming task is assigned to the best-suited designer, maintaining balanced workloads and meeting the promised 24-hour delivery.
• Quality control: Act as the final approver on your team's output, checking every finished task against the brief and sending back what needs work.
• People management: Oversee your team, including leave requests, communication, problem resolution, and adherence to SOPs.
• Performance reviews: Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews with support from the management team.
• Training: Lead one-on-one and group training on onboarding, customer communication, and time management.
• Client relationships: Step in to maintain relationships and project progress when complexities arise, using chat, email, or video calls.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role (non-negotiable).
• Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with team tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• A confident, direct communicator who can deliver hard feedback effectively.
• A fast learner who adapts to change.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available to work US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM, without exception.
