Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support marketing and go-to-market initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving execution across multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and workflows run smoothly.

You will act as the operational backbone of the team, coordinating across internal teams and external partners while maintaining clear visibility into project progress and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management across multiple marketing and GTM initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet defined objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task tracking systems, ensuring full visibility into progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (marketing, growth, operations, etc.) and external partners, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and blockers, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Lead and facilitate regular status meetings, check-ins, and progress updates, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, workflows, and data tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across initiatives.
• Drive execution accountability, following up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
• Optimize and improve project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between teams and project phases, minimizing gaps and miscommunication.
• Provide clear reporting and visibility into project status, timelines, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing or GTM environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion or similar platforms).
