Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations, working closely with consulting teams and global stakeholders. This role requires hands-on experience leading Oracle, Salesforce, or CRM implementations; experience with either platform is essential.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful execution within defined time, cost, and resource constraints.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX, Salesforce, and CRM implementation projects, from initial design through production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring seamless operations and effective escalation management.
• Work closely with the US team to align operational strategies, manage incidents, and share insights related to client relationships.
• Coordinate and support Agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor project progress and task dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays to maintain momentum.
• Produce and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Manage internal and external teams responsible for application design, development, testing, and ongoing support of Oracle-related initiatives.
• Ensure systems meet defined business and technical requirements, oversee proper testing protocols, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Apply structured problem-solving skills and adhere to established project management methodologies and organizational standards.
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects, supporting alignment with business priorities.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and the development of project templates and best practices.
• Assist leadership and other departments with operational tasks or special initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
• Engage in continuous learning by exploring new tools, technologies, and business processes to expand knowledge and increase project impact.

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
• At least 5 years of related experience required.
