Role Description

The Project Manager, Market Access will have a hands-on role within our Project Management department. They are responsible for the assistance and support of our pharma/medical device business teams in shepherding digital projects on assigned business units, from project initiation through completion. Project Managers will have oversight on daily responsibilities and tasks to keep their assigned business units running smoothly.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities across assigned brands, being accountable for project results and drive decision-making along with brand leaders, direct report staff, and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed roadmaps and project plans, overseeing the day-to-day operation of a cross-functional team operating in a nimble and agile process.
• Own the full lifecycle of projects on assigned brands from initiation through final submission.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate deliverables, ensure the team stays on targets with budgets and deadlines, and regularly communicate with senior leadership on the status of projects, escalating issues as needed.
• Work with brand leaders and cross-functional team members to holistically manage the delivery of assets across various platforms and navigate competing priorities, allocating project management resources appropriately, and effectively clearing roadblocks.
• Ensure status meetings, hot sheets, timelines, and meeting notes are prepared for all assigned projects and escalate to senior management as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications or science/medicine.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a project management role in an agency setting.
• Ability to run large scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing diverse projects.
• Experience in managing project scope and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency with project management software.
