Role Description

Serves as the primary point of contact for all programmatic issues, concerns, and status updates while guiding the technical team from requirements to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT, Business, or a related field)
• 8–10 years of overall professional experience
• At least 5 years specifically managing enterprise IT infrastructure or software development projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (ideal certifications)

Requirements

• Provide technical leadership and recommend industry best practices and governance for all task areas
• Engage on a weekly basis to support the ongoing performance of SOW tasks
• Utilize technical writing skills to develop and assist with project documents
• Manage schedules, track the progress of project activities, and document and mitigate risks
