Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work at a DeFi blockchain project. We offer fresh technologies, interesting tasks, and an ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT/Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing projects (software, IT, or cross-functional) from initiation to delivery.
• Strong experience with PM tools and methodologies, basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Experience in blockchain/crypto projects is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
