Role Description

The Project Manager supports delivery and operational coordination for large technical programs. The role partners closely with a hands-on Program or Discipline who oversees contract execution, program delivery business development, and innovation initiatives. The Project Manager helps maintain delivery structure, visibility, and operational discipline across multiple teams.

• Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, product, and human-centered design teams.
• Manage schedules, track risks, maintain program documentation, and support stakeholder communication.
• Ensure delivery meets program timelines, contractual commitments, and quality standards.
• Act as a central coordination point across teams while supporting the Program Director in day-to-day program operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in technical or software delivery environments.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• A passion to understand, act, and succeed.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US without Sponsorship.
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
