As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering software development projects of varying complexity. • Plan and manage software development projects of varying complexity, ensuring efficient processes and team delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and customer accounts, aligning delivery with business goals and identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead project teams throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making in complex environments.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of both fixed-price and time-and-materials projects.
• Monitor and control project finances, track detailed project progress, and steer projects using efficient methods.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading technical delivery teams.
• Hands-on IT delivery experience, with strong business acumen and a clear understanding of delivery processes.
• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
• Hands-on mentality, high-quality awareness, and the ability to stay optimistic and solution-oriented even in critical phases.
• Previous experience working with public sector clients or tender processes is a plus.
