Position Description

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our rapidly growing movement for Digital Equality. Our clients include the best-known global brands, and they rely on us to deliver seamless project execution and operational excellence. They trust Deque to engineer, with them, the most efficient route to sustained digital accessibility through flawless project coordination and delivery. Primary Responsibilities

• Committed to driving operational delivery excellence by owning execution, ensuring systems integrity, unblocking progress, and enabling both customer and internal team success — quietly, precisely, and proactively
• Masters of structured coordination who deliver flawless execution through meticulous project management and stakeholder alignment
• Systems thinkers who connect computer systems with human processes so everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Proactive problem solvers who maintain status and delivery timelines under control while providing regular and timely status reports to all stakeholders
• Detail-oriented professionals who can manage triple constraints and take effective steps to control quality, cost, and timelines
• Skilled at identifying patterns in blockers and delays, documenting playbooks, and proposing refined SOPs based on repeatable delivery flows
• Strategic coordinators who maintain project tool data integrity, ensure seamless resource onboarding, and support delivery teams on execution of requests

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in technical project operations or project coordination roles
• At least two (2) years of experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience maintaining project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Familiarity with current digital project management tools, task tracking systems, and reporting platforms
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Additional Skills

• Execution Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with ability to set up projects, update project details, coordinate resource onboarding, and maintain project information including scoping documents and timelines
• System Mastery: Proficiency in maintaining project management tools (Mavenlink or similar), ensuring data integrity, and connecting systems with human processes for optimal efficiency
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing triple constraints (scope, time, cost), conducting retrospectives, escalating potential overages proactively, and implementing effective remedial actions
• Communication and Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing status reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution
• Problem-Solving: Ability to triage delivery blockers, identify patterns in delays, and develop standardized operating procedures for repeatable delivery flows
• Process Improvement: Skills in documenting operating playbooks, refining SOPs, and proposing process improvements based on project learnings and delivery patterns
