[Hiring] Project Manager @KLDiscovery

Role Description

The eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for the overall client experience which includes effectively managing the schedule, scope and cost of a project while maintaining a high level of quality and achieving client goals and project success.

• Meet with the client to determine requirements
• Consult with the client on best practices and workflow
• Submit requirements into the workflow system in preparation for client delivery
• Track progress internally to ensure timelines are satisfied
• Manage client expectations and communicate progress
• Deliver on all promises and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of project management, consulting, litigation support, or paralegal experience in a top-tier law firm, consulting practice, or vendor
• A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
