Role Description

Serves as Project Manager for various packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) programs. The purpose of this position is to provide daily support and overall management of the PQM process to meet the Client’s needs. As a key facilitator within the process, you will communicate with printers, product vendors, clients, and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Respond to questions and effectively communicate PQM program rules, print specifications, website instructions, and compliance requirements.
• Process data and track projects by utilizing our PQM system.
• Assist the PQM Program Manager in the creation of client-facing reports.
• Act as a resource when issues or questions arise related to the programs you manage.
• Work independently but also as part of a larger team where collaboration and teamwork are key.

Location: Remote – Home Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of project management and customer service experience.
• Experience in the design, print, or production art industry is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
