Role Description
Irosoft is recruiting for a project manager to join its growing team! As part of our projects to develop and support document management software products applied to the legislative field, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing large-scale company projects. This role includes:
- Coordinating multifunctional teams
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure the company’s solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations
We are looking for a project manager specializing in implementing information management solutions to join our team. Irosoft is a rapidly growing organization making its mark in the information management field. We are actively seeking a project manager to help us deliver our LIMS (Legislative Information Management System) solution, designed to help countries, states, and provinces manage the lifecycle of their laws and regulations, from initial drafting through codification, document content management, and to the publication of information. Our customers are located in Canada and internationally.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology project management, with significant experience in large-scale solution integration and development. Experience in the legislative or legal field is a plus
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- In-depth knowledge of current technologies and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
- Knowledge of document management, information management, and content management systems is an asset
Requirements
- Effectively manage project teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among members
- Understand customers’ context and needs, considering business issues, potential risks, and appropriate methodologies
- Ensure compliance with budgetary requirements and project timelines
- Produce key performance indicators to measure the operational effectiveness and project profitability
- Govern change management, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of respect and cooperation within teams
- Clearly communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders
- Actively participate in preparing proposals in response to RFPs
