Role Description
As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of a custom fintech solution for our client. In this client-facing role, you will oversee projects, provide technical consultancy, and act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and development teams. You excel at stakeholder alignment, risk management, and ensuring projects stay on track. - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and aligning technical and business requirements.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and internal meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Identify risks and roadblocks, proactively creating mitigation plans.
- Oversee project documentation, technical decisions, and implementation details.
- Support team growth through hiring, mentoring, and performance assessments.
- Manage time tracking, approvals, and resource planning.
- Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to development.
- Drive account expansion opportunities and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing technical projects with multiple vendors.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of cloud architectures, estimation processes, and go-live activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid Waterfall-Agile approaches.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Fintech experience preferred, particularly in banking projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and maintain a client-first approach.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
