Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Management Specialist to lead strategic projects for U.S.-based organizations across Technology, Biotechnology, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Services. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, and has a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, proactive risk management, and exceptional project execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful completion.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, providing regular status updates and executive-level communication.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, project health, team capacity, and overall performance using project dashboards.
• Ensure projects follow Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, documentation, and project governance.
• Prepare executive reports and communicate project progress to internal leadership and clients.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and process automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in Technology, Biotech, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 preferred) with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients and executive stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe®, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, SaaS, cloud migration, infrastructure, biotech, or construction projects.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI or project portfolio reporting dashboards.
• Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience facilitating project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project status reviews.
• Strong experience preparing project dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and progress updates for clients and leadership.
• Experience identifying project risks, implementing mitigation plans, and resolving project issues proactively.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1), with experience communicating directly with U.S.-based clients and international teams.
