[Hiring] Project Lead @Capital Technology Group

Role Description

Capital Technology Group (CTG) is on a mission to modernize and innovate the way the federal government delivers software. We are currently seeking a Project Lead to join our team!

• Analyze user needs to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Perform group facilitation, interviewing, and training
• Assist more experienced business analysts in preparing project deliverables
• Guide the work of more junior analysts
• Provide support by coordinating with other project teams during user acceptance testing, training, and production deployment activities
• Serve as Scrum Master during Agile software development projects
• Facilitate team productivity by removing blockers that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals
• Preserve flexibility and adaptability of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• At least 7 years of experience
• Strong communication and team management skills

Requirements

• MUST BE US Citizens and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Experience coordinating and driving Agile projects
• Ability to understand a project's technical details and uncover and assess project risks
• Knowledge and understanding of web architecture, technologies, and applications
• Ability to address, research, elevate, provide feedback, and resolve issues related to IT portfolio management
• Ability to coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization

Nice to Have

• Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled agile frameworks)

Salary Information

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $110k to $140k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
