[Hiring] Project Engineer | Hospitality Renovation @Target Search Partners

Role Description

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing hospitality renovation team, supporting hotel renovation projects throughout the United States. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents while gaining real-world experience on projects for nationally recognized hotel brands. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into Project Management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents on daily project operations
• Preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Assisting with project scheduling and progress reporting
• Tracking procurement, change orders, and project milestones
• Supporting occupied hotel renovations while minimizing guest disruption
• Maintaining project information using Procore and Bluebeam
• Assisting with punch lists, closeout documents, and project turnover

No two days are exactly alike, and you’ll gain exposure to every phase of the construction process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong attention to detail

• Hospitality renovation experience

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
