Role Description

This Seattle-headquartered construction firm is an expert in design-build, working extensively in higher-education and financial services sectors nationally. They are hiring a Project Director/Project Executive to lead higher-education campus projects valued over $40M. Reporting to the company owners, you will:

• Lead the Higher-Education Division
• Oversee project delivery nationally
• Act as either an Owners Rep or Design-Build contractor depending on the contract and client

Requirements

• This role is 100% remote, with travel (approx. every 2 weeks) to Illinois and Iowa (project specific)
• Occasionally travel to Washington State (Head Office)
