Role Description

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive execution across complex product initiatives, improve operational outcomes, and enable data-informed decision-making across cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in accelerating product execution, improving quality and efficiency, and ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and stakeholder priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product operations and program management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements through data analysis, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support execution of multiple product operations initiatives, including early-stage (0-to-1) efforts, acceleration of in-flight programs, and quality improvements tied to product objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret user and product data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform operational and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive general program management activities by identifying dependencies, anticipating roadblocks, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Proactively assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates, tradeoffs, and rationale with clarity and confidence.
• Strengthen cross-functional relationships by coordinating effectively across product, engineering, legal, and other partner teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Support product launches, sunsets, and operational transitions by ensuring readiness, documentation, and execution excellence.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, consulting, strategy, or operations
• Strong product operations background with experience supporting multi-workstream initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to analyze user and product data, including dashboarding, reporting, and data classification
• Proven experience identifying operational risks, anticipating challenges, and executing mitigation plans
• Excellent program management skills, including prioritization, time management, and organizational discipline
• Experience driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Consulting background supporting complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience working within large-scale, multi-platform product environments
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools, workflows, or data analysis use cases
• Experience supporting high-visibility initiatives such as product launches, sunsets, or operational transformations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
