Role Description

The Junior Project Coordinator works to support Project Managers throughout the product delivery lifecycle. The Junior Project Coordinator provides a wide range of general services that support the functional requirements of a product or customer activity. These areas may include:

• Data reporting
• Backlog support in JIRA
• Data quality analysis
• Administration or management support
• Documentation support for product artifacts including roadmaps and summary of JIRA sprint cycles

This position is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance

Requirements

• Support the functional requirements of a project or product activity, including project initiation, resource scheduling, status reporting, data quality analysis, quality assurance, system or business operations, administration or management support
• Perform significant work responsibilities with minimal management oversight
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Atlassian Tool Suite, and Mural
• Strong self-management skills
• Must submit to and be able to successfully complete customer required clearance, investigative or training requirements

• Posted Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
