[Hiring] Project Coordinator @Lumos

Role Description

As a Project Coordinator on our Professional Services team, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps our PS led customer implementations organized and moving. You'll sit inside the delivery team, supporting the Head of Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers; tracking what's owed, by whom, and by when, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This isn't a role where you sit back and take meeting notes. Lumos customers are enterprise IT and security teams who need to trust their implementation is on track, and this role is often their clearest signal of that. You'll hold both internal teams and customers accountable to their commitments, escalate early when something's at risk, and keep executive buyers and customers informed with clear, accurate status, all while helping the team run a tighter, faster delivery motion.

You'll work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Solution Architect, and Head of PS on every account, flagging risk before it becomes a surprise, and you'll increasingly use AI/Claude-powered tools to keep reporting and project plans current without eating into everyone's time.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and status documentation; check for past-due dates and request updates; keep track of every change made to the plan.
• PS Projects Dashboard upkeep: Update and share highlights and risks weekly with the teams.
• Hold the team accountable: Track deliverables, follow up before things slip, and hold both customers and internal stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Run a tight ship on project calls: Build structure for recurring project calls, set the agenda, and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Escalate early: Flag risks, blockers, and account changes to the CSM.
• Keep the RACI clean: Define and maintain the project RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for each engagement.
• Report status, internally and externally: Own weekly project plan updates and deliver a weekly status report to the CSM and leadership.
• Use AI to scale the work: Use AI/Claude skills to help manage recurring reporting and status work.
• Track the technical footprint: Compare the apps a customer committed to integrating against what they've actually integrated.
• Build relationships that make delivery work: Build working relationships with the internal teams supporting each engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Project manager or project coordinator-level experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable across multiple tools.
• A natural driver of accountability.
• Clear, proactive communicator.

Pay Range

$117,000-$132,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
