Role Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team!

The Project Coordinator will manage client and project expectations in partnership with Client Service (CS). Together Project Delivery, Client Service, and Business Operations (collectively the Client Solutions Group) work to ensure project success. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing and managing project schedules
• Coordinating cross-functional team deliverables
• Supporting client relationships
• Coordinating with external vendors through the project lifecycle

This person supports the effective execution and compliance of internal and client-facing projects and may lead small to mid-sized projects with assistance. The Coordinator, Project Delivery will have oversight from Client Service and/or Delivery leadership and support the project team with critical project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Working knowledge and/or willingness to learn and understand Project Management fundamentals
• 1-2 years experience or other relevant exposure like an internship in Project Management/Client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising or related fields
• Healthcare, life science, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly collaborative and solution-oriented

Requirements

• Support project team with creating estimates and schedules/timelines under supervision
• Monitor and adjust as necessary, communicating with stakeholders as changes or risks occur
• Apply established workflows and best practices across digital and traditional disciplines to achieve project goals on time
• Ensure client expectations are met during delivery
• Execute details of individual projects with supervision across functional teams
• Support project team in coordinating with external vendors through the project lifecycle
• Support project team with follow ups, recording, and tracking delivery of tasks
• Develop skills in Work Management System (WMS)/project management software
• Learn and support project team with digital executions with direct supervision
• Monitor and report on progress of the project while managing client expectations
• Learn data reporting tools to monitor and report on project profitability
• Assist with process oversights such as quality control, file naming/saving, and proofreading QC
• Assist with updates to internal tools, processes, and documentation
• Work flexible hours as needed to accommodate global clients
