Role Description

Precise MGMT is seeking a highly organized, people-focused Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team. You will serve as a core bridge between our clients and accounting team, ensuring information flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays professional, timely, and supportive.

• Manage the administrative functions of our firm’s capacity planning and workflow systems.
• Support the accounting team by handling administrative tasks that increase efficiency and client service quality.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and information on schedule.
• Follow up on open client requests to ensure accountants receive answers quickly.
• Provide customer service to clients over the phone and through digital channels.
• Facilitate scheduling and preparation for advisory meetings.
• Maintain the client relationship management (CRM) system and oversee electronic document management.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Customer service experience required (phone and digital communication).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a professional services environment (preferred but not required).
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
