Role Description

The Home-Based Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of web, print, and digital projects by assisting Project Managers in keeping projects on track, on time, and within scope. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator works closely with the internal team and helps support the Marketing Coach by maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking timelines, and facilitating smooth day-to-day project operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or agency support role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Mac or Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with digital and print deliverable workflows
• Knowledge of task management tools preferred (e.g., Notion, JIRA, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of proof routing tools preferred (e.g., PageProof or equivalent)
• Knowledge of messaging tools for communication management preferred (e.g., Slack or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of website development processes a plus
