Role Description

We’re hiring a Production Coordinator to lead the end-to-end production of educational materials for various educational publishers. You’ll manage schedules, ensure quality, coordinate with vendors, and deliver projects on time and on budget. Working closely with both internal and customer teams, you’ll ensure all work runs smoothly from concept to completion.

• Reviewing and updating production schedules to stay ahead of deadlines
• Conducting quality checks and resolving production issues
• Meeting with vendors to align on costs, timing, and supply chain logistics
• Collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure project alignment
• Analyzing production performance data and recommending improvements
• Data entry to keep track of work in Airtable
• Processing invoices in a timely manner

Qualifications

• A background in print or packaging production preferred but willing to train the right individual
• Buying or procurement familiarity a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while upholding quality standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with production software and a quick learner with new tools
• Budget management and financial reporting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort analyzing production metrics
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
