Role Description

The Project Controls Specialist III is responsible for implementation, training, oversight and conducting Project Controls related practices for multiple projects across the company's operational groups.

Location: This is an onsite position, which can be located at any of the following locations: Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO, or Fargo, ND. Based on the experience and skill set of the individual identified, we are open to a remote-based role with ability to travel to our office locations to support events or department activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
• Certification from Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi), Project Management Institute (PMI) or related industry institute preferred

Requirements

• Must be capable of up to 15% travel (e.g. 3.5 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities
• Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company’s Zero Injury principles
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous tasks/assignments
• Exceptional team building skills and ability to collaborate with groups throughout the company
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to comprehend complex assignments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
