[Hiring] Project Controller / Business Analyst @Agile Defense

Role Description

Establishes systems analyses methodology and documentation standards, providing guidance to lower level staff.

• Leads cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
• Analyzes, refines, and documents complex system user requirements including functional objectives of system, data sources and availability, report requirements and cross-system integration requirements.
• Provides consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• Projects are typically mid-to-large scale with development/implementation requiring 6+ months to complete.
• Note: Duties are focused on system requirements analysis; this is not a programming/development job.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.

Requirements

• Maintains program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data and converts it into actionable management information.
• Supports forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and business-process analysis to improve execution decisions.
