Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Associate to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping work moving. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are clearly planned, tracked effectively, and delivered smoothly across multiple workstreams.

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure projects are clearly organised and delivery expectations are understood.
• Support project setup and coordination activities.
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate actions and tasks across teams and stakeholders.
• Support project meetings, follow-ups, and delivery updates.
• Ensure deliverables are completed and ready on time.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
• Maintain project risk and action logs.
• Escalate concerns proactively with clear context and proposed solutions.
• Maintain consistency across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure documentation and delivery processes remain accurate and up to date.
• Support reliable and structured project execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, project support, delivery coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Requirements

• Remote-based role.
• Must be able to work GMT-aligned hours (160 hours per month until December 2026).
