[Hiring] Programs Manager EMEA & JAPAC @Parrot Drones

Role Description

Reporting to the Regional Director (RD), the Programs Manager EMEA & JAPAC is responsible for driving strategic regional programmes while supporting revenue growth, market presence, and customer adoption of Parrot’s professional drone solutions across Enterprise, Government, Defence, and Public Safety markets in EMEA and JAPAC. This role blends programme management, customer success, technical enablement, and market development. Acting as a trusted advisor to high-value customers, the PMEJ supports the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and deployment to advanced adoption and long-term success. Operating remotely, this position requires a high level of autonomy, strong relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of operational drone use in Defence and Public Safety environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Defence and/or Public Safety UAV market
• Direct experience working with governmental, defence, or public safety organisations
• Strong understanding of operational drone use cases in demanding environments
• Familiarity with industry channels, regulations, and competitive landscapes
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts across hardware and software ecosystems
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operators to senior leadership
• Excellent programme management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure or short-timeline environments
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
• Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, positive, and adaptable
• Willingness to travel across EMEA & JAPAC

Requirements

• Build and grow relationships with Defence, Public Safety, Government, and Enterprise customers across EMEA & JAPAC
• Act as a trusted technical and operational advisor to key accounts
• Support customers throughout onboarding, deployment, training, and long-term operational use
• Identify opportunities for expanded feature adoption, integrations, and cross-sell
• Design, manage, and execute Parrot’s strategic programmes, including Tech Day Programme, Solution Partner Programme, Tenders & Bids Programme, Use Case Development
• Deliver best practices, operational workflows, and technical demonstrations
• Lead onboarding sessions, deployment coordination, and advanced customer training
• Develop real-world customer content, including localised case studies and success stories
• Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and regional events
• Work closely with Key Account Managers and Customer Experience teams to manage and resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with R&D to address technical challenges and relay field feedback
• Communicate product updates and changes clearly and professionally
• Maintain strong knowledge of the professional UAV market, including competitors, regulations, and emerging opportunities
• Provide structured customer and market feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
• Support the development of new sales channels while strengthening existing ones
• Manage and develop the Programs Coordinator EMEA & JAPAC
• Ensure clear priorities, execution quality, and skills development
