Role Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to support the mobilisation and delivery of the new regional Children's and Young People's Gender Service. Working with stakeholders across the Trust and partner organisations, you will coordinate complex workstreams and lead the implementation of this innovative NHS service, ensuring key objectives are delivered to agreed timescales.

• Lead and coordinate the mobilisation and implementation of the new regional Children's and Young People's Gender Service.
• Manage complex workstreams across estates, finance, HR, digital, communications and clinical teams.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, ensuring delivery against agreed timescales, milestones and objectives.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to support successful programme delivery.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the Trust, NHS England, Integrated Care Boards and partner organisations.
• Produce regular progress reports and provide assurance to senior leaders and governance groups.
• Lead and support transformational change, service improvement and the implementation of best practice.
• Analyse performance information and programme outcomes to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Represent the programme at internal and external meetings and contribute to regional and national working groups.
