Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Communications Program Manager to join our dynamic sales enablement team at Axonius. The Sales Enablement Communications Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by developing, managing and executing communication strategies and sales events for the entire revenue team.
- Developing the sales events and communications strategy
- Creating a twice-yearly events and communications strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations
- Ensure that all events and communications are aligned with the overall sales strategy
- Continuously assess, refine and evolve the strategy based on feedback
- Monthly Sales All-Hands Meetings: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the meetings
- Weekly Management Podcasts: Oversee the production and distribution of podcasts
- Launch Support: Collaborate with enablement leaders to develop communications for launches
- Ongoing Notifications: Manage ongoing communication with the sales team
- Annual Sales Kickoff: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the kickoff
- Sales Events: Manage other sales events throughout the year
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years managing a sales kickoff event
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Sales enablement experience is required
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Slack, G-Suite)
- Experience utilizing training development tools such as Rise or Articulate
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
