Role Description
We're looking for a Backend Team Leader who thrives on complexity, innovation, and ownership. This isn’t just another engineering role—it's an opportunity to drive real business impact.
- Lead the Backbone of Scalable, High-Impact Systems
- Operate with a WIN ("Whatever It Needs") mindset
- Take full end-to-end (E2E) ownership of your domain and customers' commitments
- Design and maintain the robust infrastructure behind hundreds of critical integrations
- Break down tough technical challenges and explore smart solutions
- Push for engineering excellence while fostering a strong, mission-driven culture
- Balance deep technical vision with effective customer communication
Qualifications
- Advanced English Language Skills
- At least 5 years as a Backend Engineer (1+ years in Python)
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, combining both people management and technical leadership responsibilities
- High Problem-solving skills
- Experience with Linux (basics)
- Enjoy working closely with customers
Requirements
- API knowledge (SQL, REST, SOAP)
- Experience with technology such as Celery, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, and Cloud environments
- Experience with other operating systems
- Experience working with global teams and customers worldwide
