Role Description

The Program Manager provides project-related management for mid-scale construction projects of moderate complexity across various markets within an assigned Region or Division. This position is responsible for utilizing H&M's Project Management Methodology to manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle.

• Provides direct support to other functional project teams in planning and execution.
• Resolves issues, manages resources, and coordinates projects.
• Interfaces with client representatives and oversees project accounting.
• Trains, mentors, and coaches team members.
• Manages third-party resources.
• Ensures compliance with Henkels & McCoy's Project Management Methodology.
• Upholds H&M safety and quality management protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field projects and working knowledge of construction and utility industry practices.
• Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite (including MS Project).
• PMP/PgMP certification and completion of H&M PMM training.
• Moderately complex problem-solving skills.
• BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Conducts detailed analysis and data mining to identify, measure, monitor, validate, and enumerate existing and emerging risks and opportunities.
• Provides insight to thought leadership in the continuous improvement of methodology, tools, and approaches.
• Ensures team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements.
• Fosters an environment of trust and candor, that is results-oriented and allows for assertive, positive, and constructive feedback.
