[Hiring] Program Manager @RxDiet

Role Description

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations in the United States. You will manage tasks that support the program's success, including:

• Stakeholder management for the health plan
• Handling escalations
• Member/grocery operations
• Support and reporting

This is a do-it-all role, and we need someone who wants to get their hands dirty and take on significant ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management)
• 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company
• 3 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid
• Previous experience working at an early-stage startup is preferred
• Previous experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails
• Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
• Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health
• Willingness to travel as needed
