Role Description

The Program Manager is the primary point of accountability for Zetron's performance under a statewide public safety communications and managed services contract. Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, the Program Manager is responsible for:

• Coordinating the activities of Zetron personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, service objectives, project deliverables, and financial targets are achieved.
• Serving as the primary customer-facing representative for program execution, providing overall planning, coordination, oversight, and reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contract requirements, and delivery resources while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes that may impact successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex technology deployment or managed service programs.
• Demonstrated experience in public safety communications, NG911, dispatch, radio, or mission-critical communications environments.
• Strong program coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience managing customer relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and contractual obligations.
• Strong financial, scheduling, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
• Active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be organized.

Requirements

• Travel is required, about 30% of the time, typically within the Americas.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of Program Management or senior level Project Management experience leading telecom programs within contract requirements in a technology environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent, e.g. PgMP, PRINCE2, preferred.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the same expertise.
