Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages overall task order execution and performance.
• Coordinates with PCO, COR, and government stakeholders.
• Leads integrated product team meetings and program reviews.
• Develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedule.
• Oversees transition planning (in/out).
• Manages contractor resources across multiple bases.
• Ensures compliance with all PWS requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinates program-level cybersecurity activities.
• Manages data management and CDRL submissions.
• Leads critical reviews (PIR, CIR, IPA).
• Oversees quality control program implementation.
• Manages supply chain risk management program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience with five (5) years of DoD IT programs experience.
• Expertise in program management fundamentals.
• Proficiency in federal contracting knowledge (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with DoD IT infrastructure programs.
• Skilled in Integrated Master Schedule development.
• Strong risk management capabilities.
• Experience in financial management and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in CDRL management.
• Must have an active Secret clearance

CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with DoD network modernization programs.
• Knowledge of RMF/ATO processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Experience with agile program management.
• Multi-site program coordination experience.
