[Hiring] Program Lead @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys Consulting is engaging in a large data transformation program that will simplify and modernize the current data estate onto a governed, cloud-based, AI-ready target-state platform, while transferring durable delivery capability into bank’s own Global Capability Center (GCC).

The program spans twelve interdependent workstreams:

• SOR ingestion
• SAS and Informatica reverse engineering
• Lift-and-shift migration
• Data product design and build
• Historical data migration
• Report repointing
• SAS model conversion support
• Data governance integration
• Validation
• Parallel run
• User adoption
• Program management executed in waves over a multi-year duration

The Program Lead is accountable for the overall management and delivery success of the program on behalf of Infosys Consulting, bringing together:

• Scope
• Schedule
• Budget
• Risk
• Quality
• Stakeholder alignment
• Organizational change

This is a program management leadership role, not a technical delivery role. The Program Lead does not own solution architecture or engineering execution directly but ensures the program as a whole runs to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance and execution, owning the integrated program plan across all workstreams and migration waves.
• Establish and operate program management disciplines, including status reporting, RAG management, forecast-to-actual tracking, variance analysis, and standardized project management practices.
• Manage program risk, issue, dependency, and assumption management through a comprehensive RAID framework.
• Manage program controls, financials, and contractual obligations, including budget oversight and resource planning.
• Oversee formal change control processes and maintain program-wide change logs and approvals.
• Coordinate release, cutover, and transformation readiness activities.
• Serve as the primary program interface for executive and senior stakeholder groups.
• Lead organizational change management and adoption.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
• Measure, report, and optimize program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 9+ years of program/project management experience.
• 6+ years managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-workstream technology or data transformation programs.
• Demonstrated track record owning end-to-end program governance.
• Strong experience in organizational change management and user adoption planning.
• Experience managing formal change control processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-program dependencies in complex environments.
• Familiarity with data platform modernization programs.
• Experience with vendor/managed-services delivery models.
• Ability to travel as needed (typically up to 4 days/week).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a large regional/national bank technology environment.
• Experience managing programs with parallel-run and cutover frameworks.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted or agentic delivery models.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
