[Hiring] Product Delivery Developer Project Manager @New Era Technology

Role Description

The Product Delivery PM is responsible for supporting the CLIENT’S Product Delivery Manager in all aspects of the deployment of the Zoom & Polycom Phone product to the CLIENT’S Retail Branch nationwide estate. The role involves administrative tasks, including:

• Tracking project deliverables including the status of the deliverables
• Manipulating and uploading spreadsheets
• Performing quality-assurance (data integrity checks) against data sets
• Providing metrics and reporting

The Product Delivery PM will also assist in:

• Monitoring the Zoom & Polycom telephony deployments daily
• Assessing the effectiveness of deployment processes and making suggestions for process improvement
• Researching methods to improve the Monday.com project repository
• Potentially backing up the CLIENT’S Product Delivery Manager when absent

With the current rollout cadence, the deployment team manages a substantial volume of information, and there will be a need to manage even larger volumes within a shorter timeframe. The in-house developed Monday.com system (Zoom Phone Central / "ZPC") is at the core of data-management and work-flow-management, and this resource will provide Monday.com support to potentially expand the system and maintain its operations.

If the heightened visibility of the accelerated rollout demands more dashboards and/or metrics, this individual will be tasked with using Tableau and/or other tools (potentially AI) to develop the mechanisms/tools to efficiently deliver the most robust and useful information to the stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Highly Proficient in Monday.com (Required)
• Minimum Beginner-Level Experience in Applying and/or Developing AI to Solve Problems (Required)
• Strong Technical Problem-Solving Skills, with Strong Fundamentals in Data Networking (Required)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Required)
• Experience with Tableau dashboarding (Preferred but not Show Stopper)
• Telephony experience
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency
• Ability to track individual deployments across multiple branch locations in a single day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream
• Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience as a technology Project Coordinator
• 8-10 years’ experience using PC in business environment including MS Office

Preferred Education & Experience

• Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus
• Exposure to Monday.com is a plus

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling.
• Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
• Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus.
• This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
