[Hiring] Presales Project Manager @Arionkoder

Role Description

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Pre-Sales team who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions without waiting for permission, and owns the proposal delivery journey end-to-end. This role requires someone who can build trust with potential clients, protect financials, and lead high-performance teams through complex scoping challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the overall proposal process for our Pre-Sales team, ensuring process coherence and stewardship while guaranteeing alignment on process, roles, and responsibilities.
• Review delivery plans, roles, costs, and margins for proposals before they're sent to potential clients.
• Define proposal scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed proposal timelines and ensure milestones/deadlines are met.
• Allocate resources effectively to complete the proposal.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them before starting the project.
• Track proposal project progress by monitoring and analyzing team performance and advances.
• Manage communication with potential customers to ensure transparency and keep the team informed.

Qualifications

• +5 years in Project Management with Presales experience.
• Experience in consulting or tech services.
• Experience in pre-sales process and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to enforce delivery standards and governance.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies.
• Risk, escalations, and variance management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion, or Confluence.
• Financial literacy (budgets, margins, estimates).
• Reporting capabilities (including dashboards and delivery analytics).
• Fluency in English (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC and engineering workflows.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Prior experience in product-focused companies.
• Experience in creating estimations for A.I./M.L. & Data Engineering projects.
• Experience with system design concepts & applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with the latest product development technologies and trends, particularly in AI.
