[Hiring] Practice Marketing Project Manager @Moxie

Role Description

We're looking for a Practice Marketing Project Manager to give our Practice Marketing team the project management muscle it needs to grow. Right now, the team's own bandwidth is the ceiling on how many accounts we can service well — this role raises that ceiling.

• Keep our top accounts on track, holding timelines and deliverables accountable.
• Free up our Practice Marketing Managers to focus on strategy and client relationships.
• Step into the role of process-builder for the department, creating systems and templates that serve today's accounts and support future growth.
• Run today's accounts cleanly while building the infrastructure for the Practice Marketing team to grow without sacrificing quality.

Our Objectives for the Role:

• Bring full visibility to our top accounts by establishing a project tracking system and owning status reporting.
• Build and roll out a standardized project plan template for consistent onboarding and delivery.
• Improve delivery performance by reducing missed deadlines and late deliverables across top accounts.
• Establish a capacity planning process to show the team's real workload.
• Grow into a trusted operator who brings data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Become the reason our top accounts run smoothly and the model for opening new markets.

Qualifications

• A systems builder, not just a tracker.
• Comfort owning accountability without owning the relationship.
• A bias toward visibility.
• Judgment on when to flag versus when to solve.
• Early-career hunger for ownership.

Benefits

• Real ownership, early — build the systems a growing marketing team runs on.
• Direct access to US-based leadership and clients.
• A clear growth path from Project Manager into a leadership track.
• Competitive salary.
