Role Description

The DCX PMO Business Partner I acts as a foundational support role within the organization, assisting customers in optimizing their business processes.

• Maintain a foundational understanding of company’s business processes and their relevance to departmental functions to support effective collaboration.
• Utilize basic administration skills in tools like Workday Reporting and Workday FIN to support internal requests across departments, execute projects, and maintain data integrity through regular audits.
• Identify efficiencies and process improvements that can be applied to existing business processes and data management strategies.
• Develop data visualizations and analytics using Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy through data cleaning and manipulation.
• Create technology-driven reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights aligned with business needs and compliance.
• Understand customer project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational capabilities while clarifying requirements and expectations.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in project execution under guidance, contributing to progress monitoring and problem-solving with team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and integration of business processes, sharing ideas for workflow improvement in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of direct project management or process improvement experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Requirements

• Basic-Intermediate Level of Experience with Workday Reports and/or Workday FIN.
• Basic-Intermediate Level of Experience with Data Analysis Tools like Excel, Power BI, Gsheets, etc.
• Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
