Role Description

We are currently seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Track project milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and PMO repositories.
• Support governance meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist with resource allocation, onboarding, and staffing coordination.
• Collect and consolidate project metrics, KPIs, and dashboard data.
• Track project financials, budget utilization, and invoicing information.
• Ensure project documents comply with PMO standards and processes.
• Support audits, assessments, and project reviews as needed.
• Coordinate communication between delivery teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• 3+ years of good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• 3+ years of excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 3+ years attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 3+ years ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• 4+ years basic understanding of project management concepts.

Requirements

• The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,640.00 - $113,460.00.
• Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
• This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
• If the position offered is temporary, it will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
