Role Description

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join the Patient Generated Health Data (PGHD) team. This position will be located remotely and will be fully remote within the United States. Working under the direction of PGHD program leadership, this position will support project coordination, use case planning, implementation activities, stakeholder engagement, documentation, tracking, and reporting.

This position includes the need for proactive communication, attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple assigned priorities within established direction and timelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports assigned projects and workstreams through planning requirements development, design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Assists with the development and maintenance of project plans, including scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, success measures, and implementation activities.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with multidisciplinary team members to accomplish the results.
• Coordinates and tracks contributions, dependencies, and deliverables across PGHD ecosystem teams and stakeholder groups.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Facilitates or supports project meetings and maintains project tracking including agendas, meeting notes, action items, decision logs, status updates, and leadership reporting.
• Collaborates and integrates with technical teams as needed for project advancement to support PGHD's mission and vision.
• Drafts, edits, and/or reviews foundational PGHD documents as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
• At least 1-2 years VA Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools

Requirements

• Clinical Licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT etc.)
• Building/refining clinical workflows
• Patient Generated Health Data awareness

Posted Salary Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
