Role Description

The Operations Readiness Manager is responsible for leading and executing business initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with Ensemble’s Standard Operating Model. This role oversees a team of Business Coordinators and Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for delivering actionable insights and sustainable operational improvements.

• Serves as an advisor to internal executives and client leadership on operational optimization, change management, and process.
• Supports the Operations Readiness Team by mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities and project work.
• Ensures operational consistency and supports process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates communication across teams.
• Provides coaching, quality assurance, and hands-on support for projects.
• Implements best practices and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in business, process improvement, healthcare operations or performance analytics.
• 3 - 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or performance analytics.
• 5 - 7 years of job experience in a similar role.
• 3 - 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of business KPIs, financial performance metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ability to lead professionals to achieve peak performance and deliver enterprise-level results.
• Advanced data analytics and statistical modeling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change management and operational optimization.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to create an inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
