• Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge
• Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format
• Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage
• Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about NovaForge, our projects, and what to expect during the internship
