Role Description

This role involves overseeing and optimizing our real estate investment operations. You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that all projects are running on schedule and meet or exceed projections
Optimizing and implementing scalable operational systems for both front-end and back-end functions
Providing regular project status reports and maintaining financial projections
Assisting full-cycle operations from acquisitions to dispositions
Analyzing real estate transactions in real time and signing off on deals
Leading team meetings to track progress and align teams toward company goals
Acting as the primary liaison for wholesalers, investors, and key stakeholders
Overseeing the day-to-day business operations, ensuring steady deal flow, project execution, and financial readiness
Supporting construction teams by handling immediate operational needs and ensuring resources are available
Negotiating deals and contracts effectively to maximize profitability
Building and executing strategy to scale operations to multiple states
