Role Description
Join Bring IT as our Operations Manager in Argentina!
This role involves driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in NetSuite, preferably at an intermediate to advanced level
- Proven track record of leading teams, preferably with experience managing medium to large-sized teams
- Significant experience working with clients across LATAM
- Experience with professional services
- Proficiency in managing metrics and SLAs
- PMI PMP certification is desirable
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Advanced English proficiency
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management
