[Hiring] Night Assistant Project Manager @L.F. Driscoll

Role Description

Facilities Construction Services, part of the STO Building Group organization, is looking for a remote part time Night Assistant Project Manager to support our tenant improvement construction projects. This is a remote, part time position with a 1 day on/1 day off schedule, and does include 1 weekend day or night.

• Support senior leadership directly and running project audits
• Ensure daily MOP's have been followed, daily logs are tracked, pictures documented, etc.
• Coordinates among professional disciplines (i.e. architects and engineers)
• Scheduling of subcontractor manpower and materials resource
• Conduct virtual walk-throughs if needed
• Participates in cost control
• Document control including reviewing and tracking changes to the contract documents
• Quality control/quality assurance reviews of on-site installed materials
• Assists with punch listing and assembling close-out documents

Qualifications

• Works with all team members with safety management
• Strong with paperwork and organized
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 3+ years project management experience in commercial construction (i.e. Construction Clerk, Project Engineer)
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel
• CMiC experience a plus

Requirements

• Salary: $80K - $105K
• In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
