The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing IT projects in outsourcing industry, ideally in game development. You will be responsible for guiding projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from initiation to closing, while effectively following processes, managing communication, schedule, game development dynamics and associated risks.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing IT projects in outsourcing industry, ideally in game development. You will be responsible for guiding projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from initiation to closing, while effectively following processes, managing communication, schedule, game development dynamics and associated risks.

- Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience as an Project Manager in software development / game development.
- Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects.
- Strong knowledge of Project Lifecycle - from initiation to closure.
- Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
- Experience in managing a group of small projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for project management: be disciplined and professional.
- Experience working in a matrix-based organisational structure: understanding how to negotiate any conflicts or mismatches.
- Understanding project management principles: understanding why and where to focus to achieve results
- Discipline and systematicity: ability to work on daily routine critical tasks
- Proactive communication: identifying problems before they become blocking the team
- Analytical thinking: ability to work with data to make decisions
- Managing the project team, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing.
- Conduct efficient and meticulous planning of the project's scope.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Handle change management processes to ensure project adaptations are executed smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Use Jira & Confluence proficiently for project tracking and management.
- Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting (external and to PMO).
- Look for opportunities to grow the project.
- Priority management: understanding the priority of tasks, setting the right priorities for the team, determining the optimal number of resources for the task
- Ensuring the readiness of tasks for execution: checking the readiness of tasks (whether everything necessary is present to start the task)
- Experience with different game development projects.
- Knowledge of game development processes, services and technologies.
- Any previous experience in the gaming industry.
- Knowledge or experience in Critical Chain Project Management is a big plus.
