Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our production and project management efforts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our projects by assisting with quality assurance, task management, and overall project oversight. Quality Assurance (QA) Support
- Review completed tasks, website updates, and other deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and high-quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report any issues or inconsistencies for resolution before final approval.
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Task Management
- Assist the team in maintaining workflow efficiency by tracking and updating task statuses.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing according to schedule.
- Coordinate handoffs between departments, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completion of deliverables.

Project Management
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with outlined requirements.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or potential roadblocks and collaborate with the team to address them.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
